great location good breakfast nice view slow check-in uncleaned room thin walls

the location is really GOOD and the breakfast included many options. i liked the brunch idea and found it very practical. my room was clean and had a nice view from the upper floor to the mountains

check-in took a LONG time as i had to enter all my details myself. the walls were thin i could hear other people and their tv at late hours

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks

great breakfast friendly staff helpful staff uncomfortable beds thin walls loud noise

The location was convenient. It was close to the train station and the town center. I found the breakfast to have a great selection of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful .

The beds were not comfortable. The walls were thin. I could hear neighbors talking. The movement of furniture in nearby rooms was loud. This made it difficult to sleep well at night.

Just Okay, Some Issues Noted

fire door disturbance slow check-in

The room I had was right by the fire door leading to the stairs. People constantly used this door to exit or smoke. This created a disturbance and possibly a safety issue. Some nearby rooms clearly needed repair because closing their doors required slamming. The receptionist had trouble understanding that Ireland issues passport cards and passport books. This made check-in slow. It was the slowest check-in I have experienced in years of traveling.

fantastic stay

friendly staff good quality comfy areas

the staff were friendly and helpful. the daily brunch offered a wide selection and good quality food. the hotel had a laundry on the ground floor and many comfy areas to relax.

i found the absence of a refrigerator in the room inconvenient. this amenity would have been useful for keeping drinks cold. i hope they consider adding this feature in the future.

small pool limited sunbeds

The room lacked a fridge. I wished I could have stored some cold drinks. There were no tea or coffee facilities either. The coffee machine in reception had no cups. Also the pool was small and it had a limited amount of sun beds.
