the room had good storage space. housekeeping provided daily service, replacing towels. the location was great, close to local amenities. the all-inclusive food offered varied choices during each meal.

some areas of the room was dated. the bathroom doorframe showed signs of previous water damage. the phone in the room wasn't connected and unusable. i expected better for a four-star hotel.
