clean and convenient
good storage daily housekeeping varied food choices
the room had good storage space. housekeeping provided daily service, replacing towels. the location was great, close to local amenities. the all-inclusive food offered varied choices during each meal.
some areas of the room looked dated. the bathroom doorframe showed signs of previous water damage. the phone in the room wasn't connected and unusable. i expected better for a four-star hotel.

Facilities
8/10
the hotel had a pool with a good number of sun loungers. the pool bar offered a variety of drinks. the hotel is near shopping streets and the beach. it provides easy access to nearby attractions.
