pretty great family fun!
helpful staff nice food choice clean room
i really like the reception staff, they are quick. the food has nice choice plus its replenished frequently. the rooms was always clean. fresh towels i got everyday.

the staff were friendly and helpful that was acceptable
the food was repetitive and not very appealing i never found a warm plate. the desserts had poor quality. the evening entertainment was poor

clean and convenient
good storage daily housekeeping varied food choices
the room had good storage space. housekeeping provided daily service, replacing towels. the location was great, close to local amenities. the all-inclusive food offered varied choices during each meal.
some areas of the room looked dated. the bathroom doorframe showed signs of previous water damage. the phone in the room wasn't connected and unusable. i expected better for a four-star hotel.
