underwhelming experience
inconvenient keycards lack of urgency
Check-out was a DISASTER. My key cards stopped working an hour before the stated check-out time. This caused MAJOR inconvenience. I was essentially locked out. The staff did not seem to grasp the urgency. They said someone would come with a master key but it took forever!

dated tiles cold cappuccino
the breakfast had a great choice.
The swimming pools looked dated and the tiles seemed dirty. I saw staff inspecting them. large echoing corridors amplified noise, and doors slammed often, it was very disturbing. waiting over 30 minutes for a cappuccino by the poolside only to get it cold was disappointing.

great beach ocean swimming helpful staff good pools aircon control proper fridge signed waiver
the beach had perfect conditions for swimming in the ocean. i easily swam a kilometre, it was a good experience. the hotel is close to bali collection for dining. the staff was also helpfull.
the air conditioner was set at 21 degrees and i could not change it. it was not cool enough. this was key to some sleepless nights. the mini fridge was not a real fridge it was more a wine fridge. the guest manager did not budge on a refund for one night, it was harsh.

The room was ready early. It was very clean, which I appreciated. Direct pool access was amazing! The beachfront is beautiful and provided many photo opportunities, i thought.
The swimming pools were okay though the tiles looked dated. Large echoing corridors lead to the rooms. I heard people slamming doors at all hours. The experience was overwhelming LIKE a cattle market, REALLY.

Excellent stay near the beach
great location daily upkeep wide selection breakfast buffet
I enjoyed the great location near the beach. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions. The hotel was clean, and my room received daily upkeep and restocking. The breakfast included in my room rate was excellent. I appreciated the wide selection at the buffet.
The check-in process felt a little slow.

The staff was friendly. Many people were helpful. The free hotel photography service was a nice perk. Staff assisted with transport and activity arrangements, something i appreciated.

The resort features multiple pools, so finding a spot was never a problem. Breakfast included diverse options such as sushi, a welcome surprise. The resort provided vouchers for a complimentary professional photoshoot, which I really appreciated. A shuttle service runs hourly to the Bali Collection.
