Check-out was a DISASTER. My key cards stopped working an hour before the stated check-out time. This caused MAJOR inconvenience. I was essentially locked out. The staff did not seem to grasp the urgency. They said someone would come with a master key but it took forever!

The swimming pools looked dated and the tiles seemed dirty. I saw staff inspecting them. large echoing corridors amplified noise, and doors slammed often, it was very disturbing. waiting over 30 minutes for a cappuccino by the poolside only to get it cold was disappointing.

the beach had perfect conditions for swimming in the ocean. i easily swam a kilometre, it was a good experience. the hotel is close to bali collection for dining. the staff was also helpfull.

the air conditioner was set at 21 degrees and i could not change it. it was not cool enough. this was key to some sleepless nights. the mini fridge was not a real fridge it was more a wine fridge. the guest manager did not budge on a refund for one night, it was harsh.

the location was perfect directly on the sea. the hotel prepared my room with flowers as a honeymoon gift. it was charming though.

The room was ready early. It was very clean, which I appreciated. Direct pool access was amazing! The beachfront is beautiful and provided many photo opportunities, i thought.

The swimming pools were okay though the tiles looked dated. Large echoing corridors lead to the rooms. I heard people slamming doors at all hours. The experience was overwhelming LIKE a cattle market, REALLY.
