the breakfast had a fabulous variety with indian, indonesian and international options. durian ice cream with fruits was available. the nusa dua lounge had a great location, and bintang there. the beach and swimming pool were very clean.

The lobby gave a warm welcome with friendly smiles! we were greeted with a refreshing drink during the check-in. nusa dua lounge was really good. Nisa and bintang offered great hospitality and delicious snacks, including special cocktails. breakfast presented many options like indian, indonesian, or international food and durian ice cream.
i noticed the gym equipment requires some maintenance.

The hotel is close to many restaurants with various cuisines. Taxis are readily available for transport. it made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. the access to local attractions was straightforward.

the pools seemed very clean, and the pool area had sufficient lounge chairs and umbrellas. the beach was easily accessible from the hotel, a short walk on a paved path. the kids' club provided a safe and engaging environment for children.

The room included a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. It was perfect for relaxation! the bathroom had two separate sinks, and toiletries were supplied daily. the bed was comfortable.

The staff at the front desk were consistently helpful. They promptly answered all my questions. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. They visited every day. the concierge offered excellent recommendations for local tours.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Drawbacks

The breakfast buffet featured many choices. I found the dishes at the Shore restaurant by the beach very good. The view was great at that spot. The staff here is warm and friendly.
I noticed a strong sewage smell outside the door. It also looked whenever the water was turned on in room 2208. The smell did not go away. Beds were reserved ridiculously early at the swimming pool, which I did not appreciate. Getting to the pool by 9 AM, I saw lots of towels on beds, but very few people.
