i found the gardens beautifully landscaped. the all-inclusive food and beverage package offered freedom, this allowed me to dine across restaurants without worries. the variety of food was really good, the meals at salsa verde a real treat. the team members were attentive, it.

the expansive resort is in a beautiful location, it offers a beach, pools, and dining. service wasnt as attentive, you see this as expected from grand hyatt. rooms are large, beds very comfortable, but wear and tear were noticiable. the club lounge is overbooked, so members might be turned away.

the pools are amazing. the staff are friendly, so at least there were some people trying to do their jobs.

the pillows were awfully cheap and full of plastic. it seemed like i was sleepin on a bag of garbage, not really the kinda experience you want on vacation and i expect more.

i was looking forward to my stay but it had some problems. the gym equipment seemed old. i saw rust on some machines, it felt unclean. also, the advertised yoga classes were not available when i inquired. this was a letdown because i was relying on those classes for my morning routine, rusty machines, unavailable classes
