the breakfast was quite good. the base room had a decent size. i found the shower hot and powerful, it was a plus. i thought the provision of courtesy drinks in the room was a nice touch.

this meant a closed restaurant and noise. the room offered a view of scaffolding, masking the main features. the minibar wasn't restocked throughout the trip. It was disappointing.

i didn't know what to expect. i worried it might be too much party for my family (my kids are 13 and 10). design is style over substance? nope! i loved every inch. it was the best surprise during my bali stay. we booked the baswara rooftop suite. it is beautiful, with very nice details and inclusions. i seemed like i got great value.

the minibar wasn't restocked during my trip. also, cleaners were still in my room hours after i asked to have it cleaned while i was out. those are very minor things. the hotel is perfect!

all members of the team are genuine and friendly. ayumi and diva gave us a warm welcome. they looked after us so well. everyone seems to love working there.

the food is another highlight (especially at tanaman restaurant!). it introduced my meat-loving family to vegan food. drinks at the restaurants and beach club are delicious. the aperol spritz doesn't taste watered down.

the hotel offers direct beach access. there is a large beachfront infinity pool. it features day beds all around. a rooftop bar provides drinks and snacks. it is also a prime location for sunsets.

The oceanfront studio was spacious and very clean. the breakfast buffet offered a good spread next to the swimming pool. Such amazing views of the sunset and the crashing waves were nice!

i appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, i noticed re-usable amenities. the included breakfast was a highlight, it featured a wide variety of healthy options.

the balcony could only be used after 10 am. the music started at very nice volume due to a neighbouring beach club. it made relaxing with a drink on the balcony impossible. fortunately, the doors kept the sound out of the room.

idyllic getaway

warm welcomeartistic detailslight operation

the hotel welcomed us warmly despite a late arrival one summer. its dedication to environmental sustainability was admirable i thought. the layout and artistic details captivated us throughout our romantic vacation. the beach club provided a good vibe with soft house music during evenings.

i felt some minor inconveniences occurred after my stay. after the daily cleaning, coffee wasn't restocked and towels weren't replaced. understanding how the lights worked also felt a bit difficult. fixing those issues will.

The hotel staff displayed wonderful kindness. Their warmth created such a lovely atmosphere. i particularly adored the thoughtful little touches, for example, the good cocktail-making kit in the room, provided mixers and local spirits, such a sweet surprise. i felt pampered with yummy snacks too. it set a romantic tone.
