Really good Staff and Beautiful Resort

The staff were very friendly. They ensured I felt welcome. The facilities were excellent, and I found everything very clean and well maintained. I appreciated the variety of food, especially as the restaurants catered for halal diets.

The hotel lobby felt a bit cheap and tacky for a 5-star hotel.

the hotel grounds were immaculate. the pools were well-kept. i enjoyed the three distinct dining venues. the shuttle service to the beach and bali collection was convenient.

the lighting in one of the restaurants was a bit too dim for my liking.
