Really good Staff and Beautiful Resort

friendly staff excellent facilities great variety

The staff were very great. They ensured I felt welcome. The facilities were excellent, and I found everything very clean and well maintained. I appreciated the variety of food, especially as the restaurants catered for halal diets.

The hotel lobby felt a bit cheap and tacky for a 5-star hotel.

My room included a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa bed, great. The balcony provided a nice space for enjoying the outdoors, and the scheduled shuttle to the hotel's beach was really convenient. I found the room very clean and well-kept.

the staff were so polite and helpful i appreciated jonni in the backstage restaurant. budhi one of the minibus drivers was also great the hotel is luxurious with fantastic facilities. the grounds are beautifully landscaped

the staff was friendly. the gym was also decent.

the hotel grounds were immaculate. the pools were well-kept. i enjoyed the three distinct dining venues. the shuttle service to the beach and bali collection was convenient.

the lighting in one of the restaurants was a bit too dim for my liking.
