i found the food choices varied and appealing . cleanliness was consistently maintained throughout the hotel premises. the hotel staff were very helpful, especially vanesa. the hotel offered good entertainment options for children too.

the sports bar below my room was quite loud until late at night.

the superior apartment included a large balcony overlooking the sea. there was lots of wardrobe space for storage. the room had comfy beds for a good night's sleep too.

the location was excellent near la caleta promenade and a short walk to beaches the hotel also arranged taxi transport from the airport which was comfortable the hotel has a lovely pool and garden

the standard rooms lack air conditioning renting it costs 80 euros per week the room i was given was in poor condition evening entertainment is limited unless you pay 20 euros extra there is no iron coffee or tea in the room

i found the staff very helpful and friendly . the pool area was very clean with plenty of sun loungers available. my room had a balcony overlooking the sea. a kitchenette with a kettle and fridge.

the inside bar area felt a bit dark.

the hotel featured a very nice pool and a jacuzzi on the roof terrace for adults to enjoy. gardens had beautiful plants with gardeners keeping everything well-kept. it had plenty of beds which are spaced out.

i thought the buffet food was fresh and varied, the salads and fruit were particularly lovely!!! the restaurant offers a sunset view. there was a good choice at the buffet, i found it nice and plentiful.
