The hotel grounds are well-kept. Staff cover the sunbeds at night for protection. A large heated swimming pool has noodles for fun. Waiters take food and drinks orders around the pool. The location is near the beach, restaurants, and shops.

The staff members are warm and cute, dressed impeccably and eager to help. They try to ensure everything a guest requires is provided for. Their attention to detail contributes to a relaxing holiday experience.

The breakfast includes freshly made omelettes and pancakes. Evening drinks come with snacks, crisps, and pastries. The food quality and variety are excellent and suited my tastes very well.

I felt the bathroom was subpar. The door was a sliding glass door (it looked nice) that did not close properly. A gap of about 2 cm remained open. I also could not get warm water at the sink. I had to open the faucet so wide the water splashed everywhere. These issues were reported, but they were not fixed .

the room was cleaned daily. the breakfast buffet presented many choices , including gluten-free options. the hotel location allowed easy access to the promenade and the beach.
the menus did not include enough traditional options, being too elaborate. i found the jacuzzi jets to be quite strong. the absence of smoking in the gardens was inconvenient as i could only smoke in a separate gazebo.

The staff provided really good service. They were always ready to help. the hotel has easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. once inside, i felt a sense of calm throughout the stay. the pools included waterfalls and landscaping with a relaxed environment.
The jacuzzi jets were a bit too powerful. I found it hard to relax.

the grounds were lovely , and the pools were a great place to relax and read a book.
The food was underwhelming , especially for a five-star hotel. the breakfast buffet lacked variety . I missed having simple options like mushrooms or tomatoes. dinner offered limited choices , and the food often wasn't hot enough , also i felt there was a lack of different potatoes.

everywhere was clean and tidy. rooms were spacious, comfortable. the staff made our holiday amazing. they were notably lovely and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. i will definitely be returning here in the near future.
the menus did not have enough traditional choices , as the food was over elaborate. a simpler approach would be more suitable.
