the privilege lounge provided branded drinks and snacks, a great touch. the hostess in the lounge was really good, and she ensured everyone had water and snacks. the mirador restaurant provided friendly service and excellent food for breakfast and dinner.
the water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak.

i really liked that the hotel had direct beach access a short walk over the walkway. the food was really good with a great selection and it was changed daily plus they were always refilling it i thought that was cool
there was only one small smoking area near the jacuzzis it was quite out of the way

the location is fantastic and easy to get to the boardwalk and beach area. i did the all inclusive package and it was worth it for the price.
when we got to our room, there was a nice surprise, a bottle of wine, crisps and sweets. we tucked into it only to find out there was a 27 euro charge. i never had this put in rooms before and wouldn't have had it otherwise.

lukewarm dishesslow service
I was disappointed by the food. the buffet often had lukewarm dishes, and the selection felt repetitive. also, the pool bar service was quite slow. Staffing seemed inadequate. lines formed quickly, and getting a simple drink took longer than i would have liked. i think the hotel needs to address the food preparation and service efficiency.

i stayed here for ten days with my wife last month. food and drinks awaited us in our room, quite late in the evening. we booked a junior suite and it was huge.. proper king-size bed and feature lighting were present. maid came everyday and serviced the room.
the pool bar sometimes had a bit of a queue.

they were always smiling and very helpful! the hotel kept things clean. my bungalow had a recent makeover. the food options are amazing and tasted superb, and there were plenty of high-quality cocktails available.
The gym's weight machine was damaged. A staff member only taped it. this felt unsafe. They need to repair equipment quickly for safety.

the hotel features three pools, so finding sunbeds was never an issue. i enjoyed the range of sports and health activities, including aquagym and table tennis, for different ages. the animation team was fantastic. they welcomed everyone.

the food choices were varied and delicious. the quality was consistently very good at every meal, even at the italian restaurant. staff happily helped people carry plates. they also provided advice about food allergies when needed.

The staff was friendly and polite. They seemed always ready to help. the reception was efficient. maintenance and cleaning staff all contributed to a positive hotel experience. i really appreciated their helpfulness.

my room had a balcony that faced the main entrance, so the sunshine filled it in the morning. my room stayed quiet. it was well kept and tidy. the fridge got restocked daily. it had water, coke, and beer.

I enjoyed many aspects of the hotel. The location is excellent. It is close to many restaurants. The staff were friendly. The entertainment team offered many activities, including pool parties. There were plentiful sunbeds available at the pool.
I found the gym equipment could use some updating. Some machines seemed a little worn.
