Inconsistent Cleanliness. Disappointing Experience

dirty room unacceptable price

The location was good.

Our room had someone else's hair after cleaning. The next day we found even more hair. It was on the towels. The hotel staff were kind when dealing with us, but it wasn't acceptable to pay full price for a dirty and noisy room.

The hotel's variety of restaurants meant I did not need to leave for meals. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The staff were always trying to be helpful to me.

The air conditioning was noisy. The beds were not comfortable to me. The choice of English-language TV was poor.

room location worn furniture

The pools had plenty of sunbeds available I could use, and there were many places to sit around the pool area.

I booked a room specifically requesting a quiet location but this request was ignored. I received a room near a live music area that operated until midnight. I asked about moving to a different room, but I would need to pay an extra 80 euros per night. The room had old furniture that was worn. There were cracked tiles in the floor.

The breakfast buffet included many fresh fruits and pastries. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I appreciated the multiple swimming pools with varying depths. The hotel has direct beach access with available sun loungers.

Some areas of the hotel showed minor wear and tear.
