Inconsistent Cleanliness. Disappointing Experience

The location was good.

Our room had someone else's hair after cleaning. The next day we found even more hair. It was on the towels. The hotel staff were kind when dealing with us, but it wasn't acceptable to pay full price for a dirty and noisy room.

The pools had plenty of sunbeds available I could use, and there were many places to sit around the pool area.

I booked a room specifically requesting a quiet location but this request was ignored. I received a room near a live music area that operated until midnight. I asked about moving to a different room, but I would need to pay an extra 80 euros per night. The room had old furniture that was worn. There were cracked tiles in the floor.
