I appreciate the many pools available and all the sunbeds. I always found a spot. the food was great. I had a full plate at every meal, so tasty. the staff were friendly and polite, a great thing. i liked my cleaned room daily and fresh towels.
The carpets in the hallways seemed quite dirty. It's something i noticed!

The staff were helpful, they provided assistance whenever needed and maintained a polite attitude. It created a cute atmosphere. their responsiveness really added value to my stay, i felt well taken care of. the team worked hard.

The gardens were wonderful. I enjoyed peaceful walks. there were lots of pools and sunbeds, it allowed for relaxation. a shuttle bus was available, i found it convenient for transportation. the piano bar offered quiet entertainment.

The buffet restaurant included a wide selection of food. I found many choices for breakfast and dinner. the food tasted great with a nice presentation. breakfast had a good variety of fruit, it was tasty and refreshing.

The hotel grounds feature immaculately kept gardens. The pools looked very clean. I appreciated the friendly and efficient service from the staff. Food options in the buffet restaurant were varied and plentiful.
Check-in WAS A SLOW PROCESS. I found it difficult to navigate the hotel initially because signage was minimal. The evening entertainment was quite loud. It made it difficult to relax in my room before 10:30 pm.

i found the swimming pools very good. sunbeds were readily available and easily accessible.
The hotel only had one bottle of sanitiser at the dining room entrance. It could get very germ-ridden.

the hotel had multiple pools with plenty of space for everyone i used the comfortable loungers near the main pool i appreciated the immaculate gardens with various tropical plants and well maintained pathways the christmas decorations were a nice touch especially in the foyer and bar areas the staff were very efficient and always smiling
the safe required an extra fee and it had been a long time since i last encountered a charge for it

the staff at the restaurant gave a nice welcome to the guests i liked that they smiled and applauded as we entered each evening there were multiple staff members always available to assist with directions and other requests this made me feel valued and cared for

i found the pool area was well maintained with plenty of loungers available throughout the day the location of the hotel is near the sea with direct access to a coastal path i found the path a lovely option for a walk

the hotel offers a variety of pools and restaurants with diverse food options. i especially liked the champagne served every morning with breakfast, along with fresh eggs and crepes. several areas are set up for relaxation! the reception staff was helpful, answering all my questions regarding the hotel and area.

The pools are fabulous. I appreciated the seating and toilet facilities near the pool. the lobby and piano bar were very spacious. i found the animation team to be very good.
My first room was noisy. I was woken up early by the security guard. i could also hear generator noises, which i did not like. the second room had a damp smell in the bathroom.

the hotel has multiple pools, including a heated infinity pool. it overlooks the sea. privilege room access includes a self-service bar stocked with branded drinks. the 'las tosca' restaurant offers table service for privilege guests. it has a varied menu.
The evening buffet lacked warmth. The food wasn't quite hot enough.
