i stayed in the hotel for four nights. the suite itself was spacious. breakfast had a wide selection of continental options.
i found the staff mostly cold. there was no kids menu. we had to pay for water.

staff attitude staff training
this place wasn't worth the money i dropped here. the service, and especially the staff's attitude, wasn't what i expect at this price point. it seemed like they were doing me a favor just by existing. i could see that the staff needed some serious training to provide a decent service.

spacious suite comfortable furniture fresh smoothies
the suite was spacious with great design. the bathroom included two sinks. the terrace had comfortable furniture and ocean view. the breakfast buffet included fresh smoothies and various egg dishes.
the upper-end restaurants were fully booked .

an alright stay
friendly staff welcome feeling ocean view strange design toilet door poor sleep
the staff here. i found little surprises and a letter from the management in my room three times. i really liked how beautiful the room was and the ocean view was awesome.
i found the design of the adult only rooms a little strange. the bath and sinks are right next to the bed and i did not sleep well. the toilet door doesn't reach the top, so noise and smells carry and this wasn't the best.

water bottles late checkout fee
the hotel has a great gym and it was well kept.
i'm really annoyed there weren't any water bottles in the rooms. the tap water wasn't drinkable either, so i had to buy bottles all the time. plus, during checkout, i saw a late checkout fee for 90€. i was never told about this beforehand. it is absurd they do things this way.
