The hotel grounds were super clean, i reminded me of i was walking through a dream. the staff were so cute. It reminded me of they were reading my mind. our room was so cozy, with bedding changed each day. the beach was just steps away. We enjoyed many quiet moments by the sea.

the hotel features a new adults-only relaxation area facing the sea, it offers an alternative to the poolside. sunbeds were always available! the hotel has been updated since my last visit.

the hotel is beachfront, giving immediate access to a beautiful beach, so lovely. it is also a short walk to the main area along a promenade. the hotel's location is very close to a shopping center, this added to our convenience.

The reception staff provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist. the restaurant staff were courteous with ready smiles at every meal. bar staff were especially friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. All requests were handled smoothly.

faulty air conditioninglimited channels
i found a few issues . the air conditioning was not working correctly and the room became uncomfortably warm during the day. i had to request a fan, but it didn't really solve the problem. also, the selection of television channels was very limited. i would have liked more options for entertainment in the room.

i stayed in a sea view room, and it was lovely. it had a huge bed with fluffy pillows. tea and coffee. the bathroom had a large shower and hot water.
i found that my sheets weren't changed for 10 days. the floors also didn't seem to get cleaned very often. there were lots of gnats in the room.

i found the reception team gave a lovely friendly welcome. my room was a priority sea view room. what a view of everything. the room had a huge bed, a huge tv and a good sized balcony with reclining chairs and table. i always got a table in the conservatory where the food was lovely.

The pools looked super clean and spacious. Plus, the rooms had a decent air-conditioning system. the rooms included a massive 55" tv with a sea view, also with lots of supplied tea and coffee.

the site lies a few steps away from a lovely beach and a 15-minute stroll along a promenade. i found this walk took me to the main area, where there were many restaurants and bars to enjoy.

mixed feelings about this stay
cold poolsewage smell
the entertainment was quite dire it was mostly aimed at toddlers the adult entertainment consisted of bad karaoke and unimpressive dance routines not enough chairs were available in the broadway bar the pool was too cold for my liking also a sewage smell permeated the pool area
