The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, i enjoyed that! the lobby smelled clean. It was a nice welcome every time i walked in.
The music was loud in most public areas all day. It went until about 11 pm. getting a table at one of the restaurants was hard. I had to check availability myself.

The hotel features several swimming pools. i also enjoyed the rooftop terrace on the 16th floor. It had a bar. a dj played music there in the evenings. the atmosphere was good there.
the bars here are quite expensive. i ordered two cocktails but had to send them back twice. they tasted like water. there isn't much to do around this area plus the nearby restaurants aren't very good.

i was charmed by my spacious beautiful platinum room. it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a nice treat. the room also included a minibar, a safe, and a tv with satellite channels, which i found very convenient.
the music by the main pool was sometimes a bit loud during the afternoon.

the hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions. a bus stop is located close by, and taxis are readily available if you want to explore the surrounding areas. restaurants, cafes and bars are also within walking distance.

the hotel offers multiple pools to choose from. there is also a spa available for relaxation. i noticed the gym had three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights which seemed adequate for a decent workout.

the room had soundproofing and a coffee machine with delicious coffee. late check-out was also super cool. the room itself was big and comfortable. i found the bed very comfortable, assuring restful nights .

the hotel is located in a quiet area. this offers a nothing noisy, a notable contrast to the bustling atmosphere around playa de las americas. the location offers a more relaxing and serene getaway.

most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. everywhere was clean and tidy. the breakfast buffet had an very nice amount of choice. it was very well organised considering the number of people using it in the mornings.

the breakfast was amazing, i found so many choices to compose my ideal meal. there were three swimming pools plus a smaller one for kids (how cute!).
the rooftop seating had some wet spots from condensation (but it wasn't a big issue).
