some issues need addressing
early trucks rude reception
i felt pretty let down. our room was right above the bins. every morning at 2am, trucks and shouting woke us. then, at 4am, the bins got emptied. i also couldn't get any sleep because people were reserving sun loungers so early. the reception staff were also unhelpful.

spacious rooms different choice helpful staff
I found the rooms spacious. They included double sinks. the restaurant had plenty of choices. I could easily find something different for each meal. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool didn't open until 10. This felt a bit late for early risers.

rooftop area wide selection spacious balcony easy access
the rooftop area has plunge pools and great views. the buffet breakfast offered a wide, high-quality selection. my room included double sinks and a spacious balcony. the hotel's location allows easy access to both el duque and fanabe and puerto colon areas.

I found the staff to be polite when i spoke with them. They were attentive! the bartenders worked to keep drinks flowing. They noticed empty glasses? and promptly offered refills!!

The breakfast buffet features many options, including freshly cooked eggs prepared to order! i observed fresh fruit, varied salads, and many choices of meats. there are also grilled and stewed dishes. And a selection of desserts, including ice cream.

the hotel provides five pools, including two small pools on the rooftop for adults. there is also a nudist area on the rooftop. i noticed three pools for adults and children on the ground floor. there is a gym on site!
