The rooms were clean and modern. First class food and choice was available. Reception was very kind and helpful when my wife needed medical assistance for a leg wound..
My main issue involved invasive building work. I asked twice for a quiet room and on arrival was assured this was the quietest room on the complex. I heard jackhammers on the back wall of the room at varying times. To my left, a two-story steel-framed building was being assembled with welders working next to a resident's footpath.

Fantastic Hotel with Excellent Service!

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel and its grounds were very clean. My room had a large bedroom with a walk-in shower. Breakfast offered an excellent choice of foods, and I got gluten-free bread. Staff were very friendly. The hotel has a good location near restaurants and the beach!!!
The walls were thin. I could hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. The maids were noisy, and they woke me up at 8 am when they were sweeping stairs outside my room.

The pools were lovely. They had comfortable temperatures. There were plenty of sun beds. There was a heated pool, and it was immaculate. The hotel has everything you need to have fun!!!

the rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept. i really enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and sun deck. It was perfect. the poolside bar was super convenient for daytime snacks and drinks. The location near the seafront walk and beaches was awesome!

The hotel's location is fantastic. It is close to all beaches, shops, and restaurants. i walked easily to bars and other attractions. The area around the hotel not sketchy at all and accessible.

The reception staff was professional and very helpful. sol, our room lady, was wonderful. All the staff were polite and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. the waiting staff were attentive, especially young joel, who made our dining experiences so special!

The rooms are notably spacious. The pool area is well kept and clean. Two heated pools are available . The breakfast buffet offers diverse choices and delicious food.. I especially liked fresh fruits. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Its central location makes it easy to access nearby pubs and restaurants.
The gym could use some updating. It had fewer machines than I expected.
