charming stay
lovely staffgreat bonusexcellent vibeweekend parties
the reception staff was lovely, particularly alvaro. i was upgraded to a suite, and its size was a great bonus. they arranged a pool party in the weekends with games and prizes that i enjoyed very much.

the staff was attentive, and they ensured i didn't lack anything. kevin and maricarmen stood out in particular because they are true darlings. carmelo was very nice, clearly explaines all functions of the hotel.

the pool area was clean and well-kept, perfect to take sun. the hotel features a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a hammam, that are perfect for relaxation. there is a washing machine in the basement, very convenient for longer stays.

the room size was generous and great. it has a kitchenette, that gives freedom for preparing breakfast or dinner. it included necessary amenities, like a hairdryer, and the room was very clean, and everything was provisioned.

the staff was helpful and the pool area was beautiful. the apartment was spacious. i found fellow visitors nice.
The gym needs new equipment. the kitchen had no electrical outlets. the fridge was packed with a mini bar. It left almost no room for my own things.
