The apartment was spacious and provided sufficient room for luggage. The breakfast buffet included a diverse selection. I found the staff consistently friendly and professional. They delivered customer service at a very high level throughout my visit. I enjoyed the ocean-facing balcony as well.
The gym equipment could use a slight upgrade.

I appreciated the two-bedroom apartment. It was ideal for our family. the daily cleaning service kept everything super clean. the balcony was spacious. It included four sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a sun umbrella. the apartment size and amenities were excellent for the price.
the gym was unavailable , disappointing. i would have liked to maintain my workout routine. hopefully, it will be fixed during my next visit.

the location was acceptable.
The receptionist was rude with no respect . She used first names and acted goofy. i had to wait an unreasonable time for check-in, even after entering my personal data online. the wrong room was assigned, and a subsequent room change disrupted my rest, with no assistance offered for luggage.

The apartment was spacious with comfortable beds. I found the breakfast delicious. the pool area was beautiful, but the staff at reception were also friendly. the terrace space was ideal for my son to play. it could be covered with a parasol.
the nearby rock bar had live shows most nights. sometimes the music was slightly audible from my room.

The hotel's position is great. Everything is close by. siam park is a manageable walk, about 25 minutes, and the port area, complete with a beach, is only 5 minutes away offering water sports opportunities.
