unacceptable noise levels late night shouting
The room had comfortable bed. The housekeeping was made every day.
I had expected a 4-star experience, I received a substandard one. The noise levels were unacceptable. Guests were shouting in corridors late at night. Staff should ensure noise stops after midnight.
