I am grateful for my stay of four nights. My room had balcony with nice pool views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with an Aldi supermarket nearby. I found a book exchange by the pool with great free books.

The air conditioning was only in the bedroom, not in the living area.

The location works very well. It is near Playa Dorada beach and restaurants. Aldi is close. It is very convenient. The hotel's market offers daily fresh croissants. I appreciated that a lot. A great free book library sits just outside the market. This was a plus.

The air conditioning only works in the bedroom. This was slightly inconvenient.

Staff members are very friendly. A handyman even opened my wine when I got a corked bottle. Staff are very helpful, and I am very grateful for that.

I appreciated the well-stocked on-site supermarket , it offered reasonable prices. The free book library was a great bonus for finding something to read. I liked that rooms were cleaned regularly , including fresh bed linen and towels. Taxi service from reception was prompt and efficient , I never waited long.

The pools could have been a bit warmer for my preference.

I appreciated the on-site shop. it had all the essentials. staff were also very friendly. there were multiple pools. I found one colder than the other, but once you are in, it's fine. our rooms were very clean, a great relief.

the wi-fi signal sometimes faded, especially when the hotel got busy.

I appreciated the well-stocked on-site supermarket. It offered reasonable prices for essentials. The free book library just outside the supermarket was a nice touch. I also found the rooms were cleaned regularly. Bed linen and towels were changed often.

The pool was too cold to get in. The water temperature made it difficult to use the slides. I also noticed some families mentioning the staff was rude. I found it particularly true for the night receptionist.
