The hotel had a beautiful gym overlooking the beach with great equipment. i appreciated breakfast on the terrace. The food and service were exquisite. turn-down service left chocolates, fans, and makeup purses in the room. the grounds and interior were fine and beautifully maintained.

the air conditioning in the room was weaker than expected.

The room included fresh water, coffee, and tea, all replenished regularly. our balcony had two chairs, a table, two sunbeds and a parasol. It was ideal. the room and the hotel were clean and tidy at all times.

excellent stay

well appointed rooms perfect location attentive staff

I have visited many great hotels, but this one stands out. the rooms were very well appointed, and the location was perfect. the staff were excellent. I especially appreciated the attentiveness at the pool and during breakfast. the facilities such as the gym and the pool area were first class.

the elevators could sometimes be slow during peak hours.

The room included a king-size bed with soft pillows and lovely sheets. there was a tv and a coffee machine, both replenished daily. hair straighteners were provided in the room. This was a nice addition.

the hotel is situated between two shopping centers. playa fañabe is nearby. it is easily accessible and provides many dining options. the promenade offers a pleasant walk in the evening.

the staff were warm and friendly and always ready to help. special mention is given to staff at breakfast. staff also were friendly at the pool. the cleaning staff were very efficient.

The hotel includes a gym with modern equipment. the pool area is wonderful and relaxing. There are more than enough sunbeds. the gardens are well kept. the grounds are really good!
