sea view global food bag assistance greeting problem

my room had a sea view it was great. maids cleaned the rooms daily the rooms was very clean. the select restaurant offered global foods it was great.

on arrival nobody helped me with my bag to the room. the reception team didn't give me a warm greeting at all. the bar staff ignored me one evening it was really bad service.

convenient location spacious room clean room staff shortage slow service unfriendly staff

the hotel's location is very convenient. i had easy access to the beach. the rooms were spacious (i really appreciated this) and very clean. fresh towels were provided daily.

the hotel could use more staff. i sometimes waited a long time for service. finding staff in the select area was difficult. the reception team did not greet guests often enough.
