Luxury Redefined! This Hotel is AMAZING!!!
warm greeting beach view reserve lounge premium experience
The staff greeted me with smiles every time. I had a great time in the junior suite (344), offering pool, beach, and town views. The reserve pool area provided extra relaxation. The reserve lounge and bar created a premium experience I appreciated.
I noticed the buffet in the main restaurant lacked a certain atmosphere, more like a canteen. Adding some candles and dim lighting could improve the ambiance. This is a minor detail overall.

The room was clean and well kept, and it came equipped with a mini-fridge stocked daily with water, soda, and beer. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a powerful rainfall shower, offering a comfortable experience.

The hotel staff provided great service at reception, the bars, and restaurants. The ambassadors walked around, chatting with guests, ensuring everyone felt welcomed and attended to. They were very friendly and efficient.

Our recent visit was special. the staff were so attentive, always providing quick and friendly service. i especially enjoyed the well kept gardens. They were perfect for a romantic stroll. the on-site shops offered a variety of souvenirs, so we found a beautiful keepsake.
the gym could benefit from having a broader range of equipment.

amazing all-inclusive experience!
premium drinks fresh food comfortable bed
This was all-inclusive with premium brand drinks and custom cocktails! fresh food options were broad at every meal. I found cereals, yoghurts, fruit, and various milks available. the comfortable bed had a deep topper. the mini bar was restocked with beers, soft drinks, and snacks each housekeeping visit.
the saltwater pool was unheated, so it was invigorating, yet cold.

The staff members were always smiling and very cute upon arrival! pool towels are in every room and are replaced as needed. That was handy. the poolside 'shack' served soft drinks and alcoholic cocktails from 10am to 7pm!

i liked the breakfast options including eggs cooked in different ways. salads, cheeses, pasta, fish, meat, and vegetarian options were available too. i enjoyed the seafood night, sushi night, and the plentiful desserts!

the all-inclusive option included premium brand drinks and cocktails prepared to order. the fresh food selection was broad during every meal. i found almond, oat, and soy milk available with cereals and fruit for breakfast. plenty of spaced sun loungers surrounded the lagoon style pool. it was salt water and invigorating to swim in every day.

i stayed in a premium room! the complimentary toiletries from biology smell divine. pool towels were in the room and i could change them anytime. there was a bus stop at the front of the hotel! it took me to arrecife.
the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
