Very nice Stay!

fine hotel amazing staff

This hotel is fine. The Beautiful twin room on a high floor gave amazing views of the pool, gardens, and sea, I was really impressed! The grounds were lovely, and the staff was amazing. I really appreciated their hard work. This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever visited. I was so happy.

The hotel has amazing facilities with a fantastic private beach. I found it great for snorkeling. Gardens and pools are kept in perfect condition, with an infinity pool and jacuzzis . It's a beautiful place.

Breakfast was really good. I found the quality to be very high. The restaurant has seating arrangements both inside and out, and served wonderful tasty food! Top marks go to the chef. I saw him doing show cooking.

Really good Stay

excellent staff ratio immaculate public areas comfortable beds

It is difficult to suggest how this hotel could be improved. The staff ratio was always good. The staff were friendly, polite, discreet, and knowledgeable. The hotel, grounds, and other public areas were immaculate. Our suite was large, and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable, and a firm pillow was provided on request.

I noted a price increase for cocktails. The cocktails increased significantly since my visit in April. I will consider the elevated costs when planning future visits.

The hotel staff provided excellent support. They promptly organised taxis. They also recommended local restaurants. The reception team booked padel at nearby courts, showing attention to detail.

spacious room sunny terrace comfortable beds beautiful gardens

i enjoyed the spacious and clean room. i chose a junior suite relax for my stay. it featured a sunny terrace sheltered from wind. the rooftop area included larger beds. i found the gardens beautiful.

i noticed a lack of alcohol gel dispensers for sanitizing hands in the buffet restaurant. it was a very minor issue.

The hotel staff were polite. I saw team members accommodating guests learning spanish, it made the environment cute and accessible. attentive service enhanced the overall experience, but the constructive feedback was for better drink service near the pool.
