a quiet and central stay

the hotel was very clean. breakfast and dinner were buffets! the pool was lovely though the weather was not always on our side. it was only a six-minute walk to the beach so i made the most of it. the location was quiet and central! but about a 20-minute walk along the beachfront to the marina.
i arrived quite late and thought something to eat would be reserved. i was referred to the snack bar downstairs. i realised we had to pay when i assumed it was free. i was shocked, as i paid a lot already.

the room was very clean. fresh towels arrived every day, and the beds were always made perfectly. it.

the staff were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure comfort. any issues were solved immediately, which gave me a sense of security. i found them always friendly and helpful, particularly when i needed directions.

The location met my expectations as it provided easy access to nearby attractions.
I found the internet access in the room to be quite poor. Rescheduling my meeting to work from a coffeehouse proved necessary because the wifi was unreliable. The swimming pool was crowded and seemed to have excessive chlorine levels.

The staff was very helpful. the location was close to the beach. I enjoyed the tasty food at the restaurant, especially dining outside! everyone seemed to be smiling and having a great time.
i found that the music was quite loud around the pool. it was sometimes difficult to relax in the afternoon because of the noise level.

The reception staff was available 24/7. They assisted with all inquiries efficiently and politely. daily housekeeping ensured a clean room with fresh towels. the concierge service arranged transportation and excursions seamlessly.

Breakfast included a wide selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes daily. the restaurant offered themed buffet dinners, including moroccan and international cuisine. I enjoyed the variety! fresh juices were served at breakfast.

My room had air conditioning, a safe, and a mini-fridge. This was really useful. the bathroom had a shower and complimentary toiletries. i had a balcony with city views.

The spa services at the hotel were amazing! I really enjoyed the massage and hamam. Professionals were caring, and I felt so relaxed. The service. I will definitely visit again. It's worth the price.
The toddler swimming pool could be a bit larger.

This hotel is in the city center. All attractions are easily accessible from here. It is close to the beach and various restaurants. I really appreciate its good value for money and central position.

The rooms are modern. My room had a good double bed, and i appreciate a nice balcony. The room was equipped with a fridge. There are also storage units for convenience in this space.

There is entertainment every night. The children's play room for toddlers was great! The swimming area is nice. They also provide free loungers and umbrellas on the beach, which i think is amazing

broken safeslow housekeeping
I noticed the safe didn't work, SO i had to carry my valuables everywhere. The housekeeping was slow, as my room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon, and the room lacked basic amenities. No water, tea, or coffee were available. What A JOKE.
