Underwhelming stay

The breakfast did have a wide range of options.

The service at the beach bar proved shocking, I counted eleven members of staff aimlessly wandering around, after waiting twenty five minutes with no service, I helped myself to a menu.

latifa contacted i when i booked. she are amazing and very helpful. the hotel made my 30th birthday so special and were really good. staff greet we with a pleasant and friendly manner when we arrived.

The upkeep are lacking. the bedroom light come off the wall when we tried to switch it on! breakfast room are dingy and very chaotic in the morning. the kids club are really a toddler club. It hardly entertain older kids.

amazing hotel, i'll be back!

beautiful gardens comfortable bed fluffy towels

i loved the interior and gardens leading to the beach bar and restaurant! the staff were warm, especially omina at breakfast, who always greeted me with a smile. the bed was so comfortable and the towels felt thick and fluffy. i appreciated that my room received service daily, with an extra top up offered in the evening!

The spa treatments cost as much as they do back home. Cocktails were the same price.

the hotel includes a large outdoor swimming pool that is not heated in addition to a smaller heated pool, which i found great in november. the gardens offer many seating areas for relaxation with super nice spots and chillout spaces.

the restaurant located on the beach felt excellent and cosy for a relaxed meal and the food tasted delicious! the breakfast featured homemade bread plus croissants that i thoroughly enjoyed each morning of my visit.

my room included a very comfortable bed and i slept soundly throughout my whole stay. the room was serviced each day and kept clean with extra services offered in the evenings. i felt the room also looked modern and bright!

the location is perfect with direct access to the beachfront. i enjoyed the easy access plus being right at the end of the promenade, perfect for a walk. i could walk along the promenade all the way to the marian.

ineffective air conditioning poor soundproofing

i found a few aspects less than stellar. the air conditioning in the "superior queen room pool & sea view" wasn't very effective. it struggled to keep the room cool enough (especially during the day). also, i noticed the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear noise from the hallway and occasionally from neighboring rooms (which disturbed my sleep a bit).

beach access very nice buffet soft bread

I was thrilled with the breakfast buffet. It had so many choices! the bread was really soft. the hotel also gave easy access to a beautiful sandy beach it made my morning walks so much better

i thought the heated pool was a bit smaller than the unheated one it was still nice though

amazing place good selection long check-in busy receptionists

The breakfast buffet had a good selection, as one expects. The beach bar was nice. It had an amazing place for sunsets!!!

The check-in took ages. There were three receptionists very 'busy' on their computers. No one dealt with clients.
