I appreciate the meticulous cleaning. My room was super clean every day. the large walk-in shower was a plus. there were many activities available, including tennis courts and waterslides! the animation team was really professional.

The hotel is a short walk to the beach. I liked that very much. bars and tourist attractions are close. it is also about thirty minutes from the airport. Location is wonderful!

The snack bar serves food all day. I saw burgers, chips, and pancakes. i found the food perfect. There were options for both exotic eaters and those who prefer basic food! Bottled water was available.

I enjoyed that the food was great and varied. The catering staff constantly brought out more food, so there was no rush during meal times. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel!!! The animation team was amazing, engaging with guests of every age.
I found the poolside music excessively loud. It played fairly relentlessly and made relaxation difficult. I would prefer a quieter environment around the pool.

The rooms are modern, clean and well serviced. My room included a large bed and plenty of storage space. I found the bathroom well kept and stocked with necessary toiletries, which I really appreciated.

The hotel is located very close to local attractions. A short walk took me to a private section of the beach, which I very much enjoyed. Taxis passed by the hotel frequently, and negotiating prices with them was easy.

I loved this hotel it was gorgeous. the staff showed a lot of care. the animation team was awesome. They worked so hard to keep everyone entertained with yoga, shows, darts, archery, and dancing. the team always stopped to chat.
the pool could be a bit bigger since it was sometimes hard to find a sun bed

every day there were many options available i was spoilt for choice. dining room staff are hard working but still polite. the lunchtime salads were particularly good i really enjoyed the Moroccan tagines.

The private beach area is a short five minute walk. the promenade is nearby. This makes it easy to enjoy sunset walks. the hotel is near to shops and restaurants if you desire external excursions.

the room had a nice balcony and tea and coffee making facilities. the bed was very comfy with nice bedding. cleaners kept the rooms tidy this demonstrated hard work from their side.

The staff were amazing. They were friendly and polite. they were accommodating and hard working too nothing was too much trouble for them. i found the cleaning staff very efficient and on top of things.

I really enjoyed the proximity to local places. Staff members interacted with guests in many languages. The animation team was indeed friendly.. The rooms were newly renovated with usb sockets, a safe, and a kettle.
The pastries at the buffet were decent, but I found them slightly stale.

The hotel is near the beach. I walked to the private beach area for hotel guests (it took only 5 minutes). My room was clean and I found it comfortable (especially the shower!).
The air conditioning could have been stronger, I think.

The rooms were clean. the shower was fabulous. rooms and towels were refreshed daily. I found this very convenient.
the poolside food was not good. it seemed cold! the main restaurant's food quality was not up to par and how it was cooked was disappointing.
