surprising stay with great staff
friendly staffquick resolutionhelpful information
the staff were very friendly throughout my stay. the reception staff quickly resolved an initial room issue, moving me to a comfortable space. i received all necessary information at check-in, including a resort map and dining options.
the pool was a bit chilly .

The hotel was clean and the animation team had a great vibe. They planned fun shows every night and got everyone involved in games, i especially liked omar, amine and farid. the staff are friendly and create a cute atmosphere. this hotel is a good price if you're on a budget. The rooms were decent, too.
the hotel does need some updating, rooms were basic and i found there wasn't a fridge.

The rooms include necessary features, like clean towels, a decent bed and shampoo from a dispenser in the shower. It is quite practical. the room i had was spacious and accommodated my needs well, though it was dated. the rooms were cleaned regularly .

The location provided easy access to local attractions. the beach is within walking distance. It has nice, clean sand. the hotel also offers convenient access to a well kept five mile long promenade, perfect for running or a pleasant stroll along the coast.

The hotel has several pools, one main pool and a couple of quieter pools. This gave options for different settings. the sports facilities are good, especially the clay court tennis. i noticed the gardens are really well kept and provide a pleasant environment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the animation team. They put on great shows. the animation team is inclusive. It makes everyone feel involved and welcomes audience engagement. i found staff members happy to assist with any queries.

surprisingly good stay

I was very worried after reading some reviews. the complex was cleaned daily. the staff was great. the food was good, though the selection was quite similar each day, it was very nice. I ate out some evenings and the food was cheap. the room was cleaned every day. Staff maintained the gardens and the complex. i had a late check-out for 300 moroccan dirham.
The tv in the room had limited channels though it was not a big issue since i spent most of my time outdoors. the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the hotel, particularly during peak hours. i found it to be reliable enough for basic browsing in the lobby.

Our family room had two double beds and a separate seating area. It also included a balcony overlooking the pool, the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a walk-in shower.

The resort was beautiful. The moroccan restaurant offered a romantic experience. the main restaurant featured a wide choice and variety of salads. i liked that.
the rooms need considerable maintenance and general areas too. our room seemed rundown. i found this disappointing.
