EXCELLENT Stay!

excellent locationspacious roomcomfortable bednice decor
The LOCATION is super. My spacious room was clean and cute. It felt more like a backpackers' place (but it was alright!). I enjoyed the great SEA view room (wow!). The staff was super friendly and kind. They were REALLY helpful (thanks guys!). They recommended dinner spots nearby. The room had nice decor and a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the GREAT view of the beach. It was high enough to minimize street noises. I found the beds REALLY comfy. They was like a cloud. The privacy curtains and plugs in bunks were good. The ensuite was nice and clean. The little kitchen met my needs for meals (it had a fridge!). I found the room and bathroom clean. The LOCATION was good. I appreciated the friendly and approachable staff.
The room faced the street, lots of noise. The noise came from people and vehicles after a night out. Sleeping was difficult when the windows were open.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast included offered good choices. There were toasts and croissants. Several options were available. The breakfast starts the day perfectly.
Location
10/10
The hotel is in an amazing location ( amazing!). It has steps from the beach. It is between two areas, easy to explore. Several restaurants can be found around the corner.
Service
9/10
The front desk staff were friendly. The housekeeping staff was nice. I appreciated their attentiveness. They were very helpful in many aspects.
Rooms
9/10
The rooms were a great size. The bathroom inside the room was great too. A group of four fit comfortably. The beds were comfy. The bathroom size was decent.

great locationhelpful staffbicycle storagestreet noisetea facilitiesmissing tv
the location was great. it was close to many restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful. i was able to store my bicycle inside.
the room was on the street and it was very noisy. there is a need to sound proof the room especially since the bnb is located on a busy street. there weren't tea making facilities in the room. there was no tv, but it didn't advertise one.

I liked that the location was fantastic close to the 360 eye. The upside down house was also a short walking distance from pier. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
The room was on the street, and it was very noisy. Soundproofing is necessary, especially as the accommodation is on a busy street. It was not charming.
