james was great at the front desk when i arrived. all staff were amazing. james really took care of us. breakfast was the best i had in any hotel. the room had water on tap, both still and sparkling. the room included small sweets, a naughty but great idea. china was provided for morning coffee.
the hotel did not have air conditioning so i had to sleep with the window open and it was a bit noisy.

the hotel is situated a short walk from the city center and seafront area. a bus stop sits a few meters from the building and provides access to the surrounding areas. brighton pier is nearby.

The staff made sure I had everything I needed. They were very attentive . All of the amenities impressed me, including the food and the room. The location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. The bedroom and bathroom offered ample space for relaxation. My room featured a freestanding bath, which I found very luxurious. The staff was helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the bar and library. The decor and furnishings were exquisite. The hotel was tastefully decorated throughout. Staff delivered really good service making my stay nice.
The hotel does not have air conditioning. I slept with the windows open . The area was noisy with loud yelling from people. This occurred well into the morning, impacting sleep quality.

The location was advantageous. Parking outside was possible. The building looked beautiful, inside and out. Breakfast was excellent, I had the vegan option.
I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Since the hotel does not have air conditioning, I slept with the windows open. The area was very noisy and people yelled until the morning. I could not sleep well.
