Great Stay with Excellent Amenities
maintained gardens perfect location helpful staff
The hotel featured meticulously maintained garden areas that provided a tranquil environment. The location was perfect. The hotel is near the promenade and shops. I found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
The entertainment provided had a limited program during the day.

The room included a separate living area with a sofa. I found the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices and fresh options. Direct beach access made it easy to enjoy the coastline (a big plus for me).

convenient location great shower tea facilities weak wi-fi
The hotel location is really convenient near the promenade and shops. I also liked the shower facility in the bathroom.
I was disappointed by the lack of tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in my room (though it worked fine in the public areas). I probably would not have chosen this place knowing this.

excellent stay, facilities and service was so good
shared pools entertainment options excellent location
the shared pool facilities across the don pablo, don marco, and don pedro offered plenty of options. the daytime and nighttime entertainment options were quite good. i found no overcrowding in the restaurants or around the pools. the hotel is very close to the beach, bars, and restaurants.
the check-in staff were not very cute, they seemed a little tired.
