The hotel featured meticulously maintained garden areas that provided a tranquil environment. The location was perfect. The hotel is near the promenade and shops. I found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The hotel location is really convenient near the promenade and shops. I also liked the shower facility in the bathroom.
I was disappointed by the lack of tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in my room (though it worked fine in the public areas). I probably would not have chosen this place knowing this.

the shared pool facilities across the don pablo, don marco, and don pedro offered plenty of options. the daytime and nighttime entertainment options were quite good. i found no overcrowding in the restaurants or around the pools. the hotel is very close to the beach, bars, and restaurants.
the check-in staff were not very cute, they seemed a little tired.
