The air conditioning in the room was not effective. It struggled to cool the space, even on the highest setting. also, the dinner service was slow. i often waited an unreasonable amount of time for dishes to be cleared. this affected the overall dining experience negatively.

i stayed here for six nights and found the location excellent. the hotel has a lovely pool area, and the views of the beach are wonderful! the staff at the pool bar were very attentive. breakfast had a large offering.
the air conditioning in the common areas seemed not to be working. this. it only affected the public spaces. My room was cool.

the breakfast buffet offered many options, including freshly prepared eggs and omelets. i was pleased with the variety, and everything tasted fresh. the restaurant staff were efficient in clearing plates.

The staff were helpful. They were always ready to assist with directions and information. the pool bar staff provided fast, friendly service. i appreciated their attentiveness and positive attitude

my room had a big bathroom and a huge shower. the power shower was the best. i have ever used it. the room was cleaned daily, and the bedding was changed frequently.

The location was convenient, situated very close to the train station. (That was a plus.)
I found the room updates disappointing. There were no drawers in the cabinets, only shelves. Also missing was a dressing table with a long drawer, which I really missed. I feel that the loss of storage space negatively impacted the room's functionality.

I'm back from a super cool stay! the staff were so friendly, especially at the reception. i loved the cleanliness throughout the entire building. the renovated seaview room was really amazing. I enjoyed the superb housekeeping service.

The hotel is right opposite the beach, so convenient. It is also close to many shops and restaurants. i especially liked being so close to the beach.

I really enjoyed the breakfast in the ample dining room. The staff were pleasant and eager to help. i found a very good variety of well cooked food, with hot dishes presented attractively, which makes a difference.

The hotel has a nice pool. the refurbished areas have modern and bright decor which is a vast improvement. new sun loungers were available around the pool area. That was nice.

the pool was lovely with new sun beds it was very relaxing
i found the refurb to be a bodge job there was rust the floor looked horrendous where the bidet was removed the seal on the shower was coming off leading to leaks when showering two people said their rooms had big leaks so they were moved
