the hotel was huge. it felt impersonal. my room was clean however it had two plastic chairs and a table on the balcony and nothing more. the pictures suggested more. the beach club cost extra so it was misleading. i found it difficult to fully relax.

the reception staff were very cute upon arrival. they provided a drink and offered food since i checked in late. the pool area was also great. there were plenty of sun loungers available.

i noticed some issues with cleanliness. i found hair on the beds daily, and the toilet was not completely clean. some facilities were closed. several restaurants were not operating.

theme dinners were totally top! spanish, mexican, arabian, and asian food tasted great. staff were really nice, i felt valued. sara valente and johana medina, their hospitality was great. poolside and water park. animation team was fab! i had a great time with my teenagers.

location is great, rooms are big and comfy. hotel is close to beaches and there is taxi service close by. it has all the necessary kitchen equipment to self cater, its perfect for a quick escape.
