dated roomunfriendly reception
The room i booked, a family room garden view, was quite disappointing. it felt cramped and dated. the bathroom was particularly small. It was difficult to move around in it. the reception staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful when i raised these issues.

the staff was helpful. they gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne, a nice surprise.
the food was a real letdown. the quality seemed low, like cheap nuggets and overcooked vegetables. also, i was annoyed that cocktails weren't available until 5 pm. there wasn't anywhere to get tea or coffee after breakfast, and i found out too late that a kettle in the room costs extra.

The hotel boasts a prime location directly on the beach, offering easy access to the shore. I really liked the pool area. I found plenty of sunbeds available for everyone. Housekeeping kept our room clean. I was impressed with the variety and quality of the food offered in the restaurant.
The gym had a limited selection of equipment, so fitness enthusiasts might find the options somewhat basic.

The room included a comfortable bed, a large television, and air conditioning that worked perfectly. We also had a small balcony with a table and chairs, offering limited but useable space, and I found the bathroom well maintained, with all necessary amenities.

The buffet featured themed nights that showcased a diverse range of cuisines. I found the selection wide and varied, with fresh salads, hot entrees, and delicious desserts always available. The food was AMAZING!!! It was an amazing culinary experience.

I found the staff very friendly and efficient. The food selection was extensive and varied each day. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel (the grounds are well kept).
The wifi signal was sometimes unreliable in certain areas of the hotel.

The breakfast selection offered a good variety of options each morning. I found that acceptable.
The noise levels were unacceptable. I could hear conversations and activity from adjacent rooms and the hallway, impacting my ability to rest well. More effective soundproofing is needed.
