the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception. i appreciated the space around the pools. I never had trouble finding a sun lounger. breakfast was AMAZING!!! so many options were available.
i had a few minor issues. i requested a specific room but i did not get it. also, the charge of 20 euros per hour for staying in your room after check-out time is outrageous. smoking was allowed on balconies, bothersome.

this hotel offered excellent food choices and top notch customer service. our room was comfortable. the location was quiet. i found the staff well trained and motivated. the hotel design was well maintained and clean. i appreciated the restaurant food and service. i had many choices at every meal.
the gym equipment was minimal.

the hotel is a short walk from the seafront promenade, great for convenient access to local attractions and dining options plus there is a ten minute walk into town along the seafront promenade. guests can easily explore the area.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful during check in plus the breakfast service featured fresh juices and smoothies. the staff provided a complimentary bottle of cava in the room. there was a diverse array of cooked breakfast options.

i booked a junior suite with ocean view it had a large bedroom. the design had a lovely modern feel. the public areas offered a wonderful view of the sea. staff were accommodating and helpful. breakfast included a very good selection.

staff were genuine, kind, and helpful throughout the stay. reception staff were great and cute. the hotel directors ensured guests enjoyed their stay. there was also attentiveness at breakfast service.

breakfast had lots of choice available each morning. the food at the hotel was amazing. the crown service offered food cooked to order. i also saw a chilled mimosa available with breakfast.

the room was spacious and clean i appreciated the two sun beds on the balcony. checking in was easy with a glass of cava. i enjoyed the food too it was very good.
the bar had no atmosphere it was very quiet. sport played on large screens affected live music in the bar. i found a lack of visible management.

The hotel was modern and spacious. My room was a large, well-appointed junior suite. I found helpful, friendly staff throughout the hotel. The room service was consistent every day of my stay (which was great).
Smoking is allowed on the balconies, so I could not fully use my balcony all the time due to drifting smoke from neighboring rooms.

The grounds feature ramp access to all levels and five pools. There were many sunbeds available at any time of the day to use and relax. The gym also had several machines.

The hotel location was convenient. It was a short walk to many restaurants and shops (maybe ten minutes). The beach was also easy to get to from the hotel and easily accessible.

noisy entertainmentstained toilet
I booked a quiet room, but they only offered me one near the evening entertainment. it was hard to fall asleep at my normal time because of the noise. cockroaches were present, and the toilet and shower areas had stains. i also noticed a lack of hooks to hang things, and tap water was not allowed in the dining room during dinner. Only purchased drinks were available.
