wonderful stay
spacious room great shower comfortable bed
i found the family rooms spacious with two sinks. a great shower was present in the bathroom, which i appreciate. there was a double bedroom with a wooden partition leading to two single beds. the inclusion of a sofa and tv added to the comfort.
the decor is dated and gives a cheap impression , there are plastic 'bamboo' beams around the whole place for no apparent reason at all.

the staff were helpful and cute , especially the animation team. paula , andrea , saioa , sandra and mel were excellent. they were friendly and cute , and certainly made our kids' holiday special.

the room was clean with a nice seaview from the balcony. the rooms are spacious and well maintained. i was very comfortable , because they had been cleaning the room on a daily basis , which i certainly appreciate.

the hotel has good pool areas , with one heated pool. there are lots of activities available for kids this a great option for families. i appreciated the proximity to the beach , close to many bars and restaurants.

dated furniture dirty floor
i stayed for a few nights. the rooms were dated. the furniture looked worn. the bathroom door seemed to have been chopped, possibly because of water damage instead of replacing it. the floor didn't appear to be properly cleaned .

airport proximity pool choice edible breakfast
the LOCATION was good , near the airport. The pools were lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was edible , BUT nothing special.

clean room good pressure
the room was very clean the walk-in shower was particularly good it offered great water pressure. the proximity to the beach made it easy to take morning walks it was just steps away from the hotel.
the entertainment in the show bar was quite loud late into the evening.

the animation team was amazing! saioa sandra mel and paula provided great entertainment. they made every day fun and brought life to everyone of every age. the evening entertainment included different performers with singing or acrobatics

loud music limited inclusivity
the music was always loud by the pool, i mean, seriously loud. it was hard to chill. the all inclusive deal wasnt all that inclusive. you had to pay extra at the sports bar for everything. guess 'all' doesnt really mean 'all' anymore, does it?
