The staff were very helpful and VERY friendly. They were also upfront, which I appreciated. I stayed in a suite and it was very spacious. The kitchen was COMPLETE.
My room did not have a balcony. There was also no water in the mini bar. I think the hotel needs to be clear about these points. The photos of the pool can be misleading sometimes.

dirty terraceslippy tiles
the terrace was big, i will give them that, but it wasnt clean like i expected. there was debris everywhere, and it seemed like no one bothered to wash it down. i also slipped near the communal pool because the tiles were too slippy when wet, and i seen others almost falling too. the floors inside werent properly cleaned , and that was a let down.

lovely staffroom service
The suite offered a jacuzzi on the terrace and lovely staff provided room service for breakfast. The suite did not lack anything.
The hotel lacks a real balcony.
