private courtyard easy access

my two-bedroom apartment had a private courtyard. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions and local amenities. The apartment included two air CONDITIONERS each room it's own.

shower leak unpleasant odor

the shower had a leak i reported it but nothing happened the sofa bed was not comfortable for an adult there was a noticeable odor in the bathroom it was persistent and quite unpleasant. these issues impacted my overall experience. i believe these issues should be addressed to improve guest satisfaction. the odor was especially bothersome making the bathroom less enjoyable to use

clean apartment handy reception broken hairdryer missing washing machine

the apartment was spacious , very clean and well equipped. you could buy large bottles of water from reception which was handy.

the hairdryer broke and took a while to sort. also television was not working and there was no washing machine in the hotel although this was listed on the website.

absent washing machine weak water pressure

The advertised washing machine was absent from the hotel. This was quite inconvenient. The television was also broken and getting it fixed took longer than expected. The shower head also had weak water pressure.

Fantastic Stay Near the Beach!

I had a two-bedroom apartment with a private swimming pool. the location was superb. The beach was just a short walk away. finding a taxi or bus was super easy right in front of the building.

large balcony modern apartment

The balcony was very large and offered a great view. The apartment was also very modern and clean (it had everything I needed).

The television did not work initially, but it was sorted out promptly.
