excellent experience
excellent organization great location heated pool
the staff were fantastic i found their organization excellent the facility for childcare seemed really great. the location suited me well. the facilities were always well maintained even though this hotel is large it ran smoothly. the food was excellent also the outdoor pool was comfortably heated.
the pools opened quite late in the morning i would have liked an earlier start. dealing with bookings at the front desk would be easier. this app did not always work.

the complex features beautifully designed sections with large pools this includes outdoor jacuzzis. a kid's club is available with dedicated animators. guests enjoy direct access to the ocean with a small beach adding to the appeal.

Fair stay with some issues
good room neat wardrobe sea balcony late pool stressful app non-working app
I appreciated the good size of the room. The wardrobe was also really neat. The balcony overlooked the sea and that was excellent.
I found the pools opened quite late at 10 am. This was not great as I traveled with children eager to swim early. The app did not always work.

neat wardrobe excellent seaview
i appreciated the great facilities. the room was a good size and included a neat wardrobe. the balcony offered an excellent sea view.. breakfast and dinner were good value for money.
the rooms could use some updating. i encountered small ants in my room. more restaurant options and better snack service around the pools would enhance the stay.
