super rooms and ace staff!
large rooms friendly staff free shuttle
food was ace, i enjoyed it a lot. staff was friendly, i felt safe. i did use the free shuttle, super useful.
the walls be thin, i hear all noise. it's a bit annoying.

the restaurant has lots of options, mostly buffet. i found some food to be hot, this be a plus. drinks included wine, beer, and soft drinks are on tap, a super service.

spacious room super staff
i just came back from a mini trip. the rooms are so big and the staff are super nice. i had the family superior, it was really spacious. the food tasted great too, tons of choices!

loud music no quiet time
the food was fine with plenty of options, so I did not starve.
The music by the pool was way too loud all day. It gave me a headache. kids were shouting just to be heard, and there was no quiet time at all. the bar closed at midnight, but people still ran and shouted in the corridors afterward.

The pools seemed dirty (I'm not sure what was lurking around my feet!). There was a long queue for drinks at the bar. You have to pay for bottled water too, which I found annoying (especially on an all-inclusive basis).

best holiday ever!
food selection friendly staff
the food selection was amazing, always tons of choices. there were foam parties and water polo going on all the time. the free bus to the beach was so quick and easy to use. the staff were super friendly too, like the guy who greets you in the restaurant!

the staff was friendly. daily entertainment was available for all the family. mini golf and a children's park were close by, it was great for letting the kids be independent. the hotel runs a free shuttle bus. it goes to the town center.
the evening meal opens quite late, starting at 7:15 pm. this isn't ideal if you have a young child. i feel like they should accommodate for families with small children.

rooms were large and spacious, providing enough room for the whole family. rooms on the higher floors feature a lovely view. the rooms were clean and well kept, with a comfortable environment for a relaxed visit.

there are two adult pools. there is a children's pool with a splash park, so children have dedicated space to play. a shuttle bus provides transport to the town center. there is entertainment throughout the day and evening.

totally awesome stay!
smooth check-in clean room rainfall shower helpful staff
the check-in was super smooth and efficient i got to my room quickly the room itself was a great size and really clean i especially loved the rainfall shower it was amazing the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations.
i noticed a tiny bit of wear and tear on some of the furniture in the room nothing major though

the hotel provided easy transfers to the town the taxi service was very reliable and quick i also appreciated the attention to detail when addressing any issues with our room it was resolved quickly.

the pools cater to children there is a dedicated park for kids it is awesome also the free bus service to the city center is a convenient perk especially if you want to explore easily.
