faulty televisionpoor communication
i must express my discontent with several aspects. the television in my room was non-functional for the duration of my stay. despite the manager intervention, the issue was not resolved, and i found this quite irritating. furthermore, i believe communication regarding lost items is lacking as i have not heard back about a garment i left behind.

The room had a super shower. the staff was friendly and helpful. I found this valuable. my room was decorated well and was super tidy and quiet. i had a relaxing stay the night before my surgery, i really appreciated it!
the room was a little bit small though modern.

the service included a very warm, friendly welcome alongside great beer and food. the location is also perfect and convenient. i found the staff kind and flexible.

my room included new air conditioning plus triple glazing. it had a massive, modern bathroom and was lovely and clean. the room was well prepared and very comfy which i value.

the menu offered a variety of different options and everything was delicious. breakfast was also lovely so i thoroughly enjoyed my meals. the dining area had great decor and was very pleasant.

The breakfast was acceptable with a reasonable selection.
The bar was busy and loud. Going elsewhere seemed necessary. The cost of drinks felt excessively high for what it was. It added up quickly. The constant noise and expense made it hard to unwind.

Mixed feelings about my stay.

My room was pretty clean and well-kept. Breakfast included good items, so I did not have any complaints there.
I was overcharged at the bar. A barman told me to write to HR. He claimed he did not set menu prices or till inputs. This attitude affected my willingness to spend more at the restaurant and bar. It ruined the start of what should have been a pleasant two-night stay.

my room was on the ground floor near a busy road. it was noisy. coffee and tea were not replaced.
