charming historical stay

beautiful views old world charm

the hotel had beautiful views from the terrace facing the harbor i found the architecture interesting with its mix of old world charm the location was excellent near the medina i walked to many attractions easily. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations.

the wifi signal was weak in my room i had to go to the lobby to get a stable connection this was inconvenient when i needed to work i hope they improve the wifi throughout the hotel.

my double room included a comfortable bed and basic furnishings a broken glass shelf above the sink had pieces of glass all over the bathroom floor this was not cleaned until i asked it to the manager on duty.

the reception staff was polite and addressed my concerns promptly the breakfast staff sometimes adopted an interrupting communication approach i found this to be unprofessional and unwelcoming they could improve their communication skills with guests.

superb location friendly staff nice breakfast spotty wi-fi poor food quality no elevator

the location is superb (right in the medina!). the staff were also friendly and ready to help with anything i needed. i found the breakfast included a nice variety of options. the building itself has a rich history.

the wi-fi was a real problem, it barely worked in my room.

the location was convenient for exploring the area i found this acceptable

the room felt quite dated and a bit grimy the linens and towels looked worn i also noticed a musty odor it was not a very pleasant experience the breakfast service ended too early and items ran out quickly

The staff was helpful with directions. I found the breakfast varied. The building had interesting architecture. I liked the views from the terrace. I found it perfect for enjoying a morning coffee before exploring the city. The room had a spacious bed. I appreciated that it was quiet at night. I slept well without disturbances from outside noise.

i appreciated the location near the medina. this made access to local attractions quite easy. the terrace offered a good spot for morning coffee (i liked the mint tea). the staff helped with my luggage up the stairs.

the wi-fi was unreliable in my room. i had to go to the lobby for a stable connection (it was a bit inconvenient). my room lacked an elevator, so carrying luggage was a challenge. there was also some noise from nearby street activity late at night.

The location near the ferry terminal was convenient! The staff was helpful and friendly. They arranged a tour at a fair price, which I appreciated. Breakfast was included and quite satisfying. I found the beds to be really comfortable.
