The cream tea upon arrival felt so cute. Breakfast was a lovely experience with a great choice of items. The swimming pool was good, and the bar area, though small, allowed a calm drink. I enjoyed the convenience of the pool table. It was a nice way to unwind. Our room offered comfortable beds. We appreciated the friendly nature of the staff, always ready to help. The hotel's location was great, so close to local attractions. I loved the breakfast service. It was a great start to each day.
The television in the room seemed quite dated. The signal was inconsistent.

All the workers are super friendly! they are always ready to help guests. breakfast was tasty. Options were simple but enough, i noticed they remembered dietary preferences. next day, i found my requested milk on my table, SO convenient! the swimming pool is heated. That's an amazing add-on.

the location of the hotel was decent, near shops and eateries. it did feel safe.
the cleanliness was under par. i found dirt behind the bed and down the side of the wardrobe. it was unpleasant.

The breakfast was not great. it was supposed to be a buffet, but it was more like a limited menu. there was only one person working, so getting anything took forever, and they didn't have much to offer. also, the swimming pool seemed pretty dirty, and our room wasn't cleaned every day. The staff greeted us with immense warmth, almost LIKE family. I especially loved the heated outdoor pool. It was a perfect temperature, so refreshing after a day exploring. The breakfast offered a great choice, its service exemplary, its taste was sublime. The afternoon tea near the pool seemed like a fairytale.
The bathroom COULD use a little updating.

the room was spacious. our family room on the ground floor gave us direct access to the pool, a real plus (i appreciated this a lot). the staff were always kind and ready to help, especially during breakfast.
