the staff were very helpful, always greeting me with a smile. my room was clean with ample space. i found the bed to be large and comfortable allowing for a restful night's sleep.
i found limited toiletries in the bathroom but this was not a big issue.

poor signalstaffing issues
The television reception was AWFUL. Many channels were unwatchable because of the poor signal. It was really ANNOYING. I expected breakfast to be included. I was told upon arrival that breakfast service was suspended due to staffing issues. This reduction in service was not reflected in the price I paid. I felt DECEIVED.
