fantastic gem!
helpful staff clean room comfortable bed
the staff were very helpful, always greeting me with a smile. my room was clean with ample space. i found the bed to be large and comfortable allowing for a restful night's sleep.
i found limited toiletries in the bathroom but this was not a big issue.

clean room useful wifi tea-making facilities
i found the rooms really clean. it had a tv and wifi which i liked. the hotel provided tea-making facilities, it was useful.
the hotel is near other hotels, this makes it look crowded.

poor signal staffing issues
The television reception was AWFUL. Many channels were unwatchable because of the poor signal. It was really ANNOYING. I expected breakfast to be included. I was told upon arrival that breakfast service was suspended due to staffing issues. This reduction in service was not reflected in the price I paid. I felt DECEIVED.

The staff was helpful. That was good.
the indoor pool was really cold (i was looking forward to it). the jacuzzi wasn't working either. i was disappointed, and it affected my stay.
