This 4-star apartment hotel features fully refurbished accommodations with ocean views from the third floor and above, including Sub Penthouse 3 Bedroom Ocean View Apartments on floors 30-31. All units contain fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities with washers and dryers, air conditioning in lounge areas, and balconies. The property offers two outdoor pools including a heated west pool with splash pad, one indoor pool, a separate spa, steam room, and gymnasium. An outdoor entertainment area provides two BBQ stations with dining furniture. Ultiqa Beach Haven On Broadbeach is located on Kurrawa Beach shore, 0.5 km from Broadbeach Mall and Kurrawa Pratten Park, 0.5 km from Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, and 2.5 km from SkyPoint Observation Deck.
