The property offers two outdoor pools including a heated west pool with splash pad, one indoor pool, a separate spa, steam room, and gymnasium. An outdoor entertainment area provides two BBQ stations with dining furniture. Ultiqa Beach Haven On Broadbeach is located on Kurrawa Beach shore, 0.5 km from Broadbeach Mall and Kurrawa Pratten Park, 0.5 km from Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, and 3 km from SkyPoint Observation Deck.
