bridge view generous room separate shower
i enjoyed the views of the story bridge from the room. the room size was generous and included a long lounge chair. i was also pleased to find both a bath and separate shower in the bathroom.
i noted that the tissue box had only four tissues and there was only one roll of toilet paper in use this was a small inconvenience.

the room was spacious with a king size bed i found it comfortable. air conditioning worked effectively and kept the room cool i was happy about it.

i was greeted warmly by jemma during check in she gave me details on restaurant and gym times. alex, the on duty manager, was professional and attentive i found him helpful.

breakfast included a wide array of offerings and staff kept it presented wonderfully. the staff were always friendly and willing to assist it was much appreciated. it felt lovely and yummy.

the hotel is in a perfect location for walking to queen st mall. access to the river is easy. i had no issues with transportation around the city.
