sewerage smell ignored requests
the BREAKFAST options catered to all food preferences.
the room smelled severely of sewerage and it woke us up. this putrid smell was SO strong it was choking. requests for help with the problem were ignored completely.

Excellent Stay with Minor Inconvenience

The staff were very polite and cute. It was a highlight. Rooms had good air conditioning. They were nice and cool. Pools and views were awesome and well maintained. I appreciated the easy access to a buggy, especially given the resort's expansive layout.
My room wasn't quite ready upon arrival! It seemed I was placed in a room that was only partially prepared. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better.

Breakfast had a superb buffet. It offered many choices. Maravu restaurant's Asian fusion dishes were very delicious. Three restaurants provided options for different tastes.
Location

The resort is spread out, which I liked, and golf carts provided transportation. Walking along the grass frontage was enjoyable. It felt relaxing. The beach view from my room was wonderful though the parking was expensive.

Staff members Moli, Alumita, Percy, John and Waqa. They were lovely. Coconut tree climbers fetched fresh coconuts to drink. Staff addressed requests quickly. Hot water was restored in 20 minutes after I reported it.

The beds were comfortable and conducive to good sleep. The rooms had good air conditioning. This helped keep the place cool. My room was close to main pools and the restaurant. It was very practical.

Generally good stay
sea proximity relaxed atmosphere gym access limited availability difficult alternative
the location was good, close to the sea, which i found wonderful. i also appreciated the relaxed atmosphere (.. ) it allowed me to unwind completely. the gym was a nice addition, i was able to maintain my workout routine.
the food was an issue i encountered, especially regarding dinner. i learned i needed to book restaurants in the morning, but they were full upon my arrival. finding an alternative was difficult, limiting my dining options.

underwhelming experience
thin steak dirty floors
the grounds maintenance seemed good the kids waterslide area kept the little ones entertained
the maravau restaurant was a disappointment the eye fillet steak was thin and did not match the description i was also surprised the floors in the room were dirty i had to keep my shoes on it wasn't what i expected
