comfortable bed good selection beachfront bungalow additional cost broken equipment customer care
i stayed for several nights the room was a beachfront bungalow it was well-kept the bed was comfortable the air conditioning worked well there was a ceiling fan also available the food was delicious i dined at vale ni kana multiple times the breakfast buffet had a good selection of options sundowner restaurant was also good
the games area was poorly maintained many pool cues had no tips much equipment was broken i found activities to be expensive many incurred additional costs even small things i booked directly through their website their website was offering a $150 credit promo to use during your stay at the resort the credit did not show up on my confirmation so i called their customer care line

the ocean view from my beachfront bungalow was beautiful i could see palm trees i used the air conditioning and the ceiling fan in the room the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. baravi restaurant had a team that treated our family well the service and food was top tier the team catered to allergies and special requests.
i found that almost all activities were at an additional cost for the cost of the stay, i thought little was included snorkeling off the beach was very limited there was not much to see the games area was poorly maintained i found most equipment broken.
