cold roominsufficient body wash
my stay weren't great. the room felt so cold. the temperature was stuck at 15.4 degrees celsius and i felt colder inside than outside. the body wash they gave wasn't enough, barely enough for a single shower. the shower head didn't have good pressure either. it.

i parked my car easily before check-in! the superior suite was seriously top-tier, i mean, WOW! the pool area was very nice and the staff were all great. the massage i had was also fantastic!!!
the pillows weren't the best, and i didn't find other options available. it did affect how well i slept, but everything else was fabulous!

The room upgrade was appreciated. The location is excellent. Main beach is a short walk away. Self-parking was easy to access and convenient. Breakfast had many options and variety. Staff were attentive during the breakfast service.
The pool bar is small and uses plastic cups for non-alcoholic drinks.

The gym had excellent equipment. i saw multiple treadmills and stationary bikes available. the room included a spa bath. It was very relaxing. breakfast was plentiful with a great coffee selection. i found that there was a very good selection of food.
i noticed some wear and tear in the hallways.
